Yesterday will be a hard day's work to beat :)

Kayaking all day in blazing sun, with seals and curlew.
Then got given a freshly caught lobster as I was finishing up on the slipway.

Lucky enough to be able to stroll into the kitchen of Eccles Hotel & Spa where the awesome head chef Eddie Attwell sorted me out with hot bread, just made pesto, and lemon+seaweed butter.
Best dinner ever!
