Intro White Water Kayak Course In Killarney

Learn The Skills & Techniques To Paddle White Water Rivers


White Water Kayaking is a two day kayaking course on Kerry rivers.

Over the two days you will learn the kayak strokes and techniques to paddle on fast flowing rivers, as part of a group. You will have an introduction to river rescues, defensive swimming and use of throw ropes.

At the end of this course you will have a solid introduction to river kayaking and white water skills, plus have an understanding of safety awareness and river hazards. This course is the first step in moving from Level 2 Proficiency to Level 3 Proficiency, which is certified by Canoeing Ireland.

Price: €150 Per Person
10am - 5pm

New Base At Muckross Park Hotel

We have just opened a base at Muckross Park Hotel, where our Kerry office, meeting room and class room, are now located. Thanks to Sean, Daniel and so many others at the hotel who helped to make it happen. I will get some photos up soon.

Our Galway operation is runnning as normal; with a Mountain Skills 1 in the Burren in a couple of weeks and our guided sea kayak tours about to kick off.
