Over the two days you will climb and abseil, learn climbing techniques, rope work, knots and belaying.
At the end of this course you will be able to rock climb and abseil
competently, use climbing equipment, belay and tie knots. You will be
able to use indoor climbing walls or climb outdoors with more
experienced climbers.
No Previous Rock Climbing Experience Is Needed
