Kayak Skills Training, Glengarriff Bay, Next Weekend

Next weekend, 12th & 13th Jul, two mornings of Kayak Skills Training, in Glengarriff Bay.

10am-1pm. All Gear Provided.

These are improver/level 2 type training sessions; covering kayak strokes and techniques, kayak rescues, getting back into your own capsized kayak at sea, helping a partner back into their own capsized kayak at sea.

It is possible to do just the 12th only; or do both mornings.

Bioluminescence In West Cork :)

As well as amazing plankton bioluminescence in the bay, we also have bioluminescent glowing mushrooms in the oak and pine woods here, which I've seen occasionally, while sleeping wild on bushcraft courses - tiny delicate glowing lights

Not sure if these guys glow, but shows how damp and rainforest-esce it's been lately, these have started sprouting in the paddle store!
