Problems?

You may know we run team building courses, team communication programmes and company adventure days...

I'm putting together a blog this week about team issues and common problems that crop up within a typical team environment.

I'd really like to hear what you think the common team issues and problems are, that you deal with?

Just leave a comment below...

Thanks for your help and enjoy your week! Nathan

  2. Cheers, I'll use this one anyway. It's something I've run up against occasionally.

  3. I received a survey from architects trying to assess the culture at the firm where I work to better design the work space. Here is a summary of what I wrote on the survey.

I consider the current firm culture to be hostile as it usually is difficult to have people in other departments cooperate as part of a team. It usually seems like people are working against you, not with you – forgetting that we are here to serve clients not ourselves. Management typically makes decisions about procedures without knowing what jobs entail and frequently gives people who are the least qualified important tasks. It is difficult to keep track of who does what or who to go to for what information and if you approach the wrong person, you are met with contempt. It is taxing and frustrating to accomplish anything when it involves team work.
