I was at the Outdoor Adventure Show in Birmingham last weekend, on the Failte Ireland stand, promoting the South West of Ireland and all the great adventure sports it has to offer. These are some of the exciting things taking place at the show.

Kayak & Canoe Trips on the Lakes of Killarney

Rock Climbing & Abseiling in the Gap of Dunloe, Killarney
