Cooking Fish With Nettle Leaves & Wood Sorrell

Freshly caught mackerel cooked in tinfoil for 20/25 mins. Add a decent handful of nettle leaves and a decent handful of wood sorrell; plus butter and slice of lemon. Delicious!
